The materials that are used for electromagnetic shielding ("EMI Shielding")

In most cases, electromagnetically shielded (EMI shielded ) enclosures must be specially designed for each particular application.
This is because one generally cannot simply seal a device inside a metal case.
Certain signals must usually be allowed to come in and out, there are air flow or cooling requirements, external power requirements
and accessibility, maintainablility, size, weight, and ruggedness considerations. This usually reequires the services of an
Electrical Engineer with experience in this field.
